Mixed Experience Good location and helpful staff, but the single room needs significant improvements. The bed was extremely hard, and the room's only light source was an uncomfortably bright white LED. The biggest issue was the ventilation - either too noisy when on or poor air quality when off. While the hostel has potential, I wouldn't book this particular room again until these issues are addressed. Consider other room options if staying here.

Once you enter, it will be like a big house. with ample space Divided into cafe, room and lawn 🌿🍃 The room we stayed in was Deluxe, priced at 2,000 baht, located on the 2nd floor. The room had complete facilities. Clothes rail a bit short because there is no wardrobe the bathroom is ok If there is a partition for the shower zone, it would be better. There is a small balcony. Can be made into a sofa to sit and lie down. 🍳🍚🍞 Breakfast is served as a set with eggs, pan, boiled rice and toast.

We stayed at Family room with 2 king beds which can accommodate 4 persons. Even though we expected 2 master bedroom with attached toilet each, there was just one shared toilet for 4 persons. Expect for that, everything is nice.

It's a quiet and secluded hotel that's a good place to rest comfortably, even though it's far from the city. If you're looking for a quiet place, it's probably fine. I stayed in the villa building and it's spacious. The bathroom has an instant water heater, but only lukewarm water comes out, so it was a little uncomfortable to shower. And a simple breakfast is provided.

Always stay at Hi Chiangrai when i visit this town. Hotel location is perfect as there are lots of eateries within walking distance. Can also walk to the night bazar which also walking distance. The hotel just renovated recently and the lobby and restaurant looks fantastic. Will definitely stay in Hi Chiangrai again.

I stayed there two nights and I liked it! The staff was helpful and friendly. We could leave our bags in the lobby for some time after the check out. The lobby area is comfortable to have rest there. The hotel is located not far from the main attractions, massage places and restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable enough. I can recommend this hotel for your stay in Chiang Rai.
