Very helpful staff and the bed is really comfortable. The common areas are a bit dated and the bathroom is a problem in that the position of the sink makes it hard to use and the shower floods the bathroom unless you built a towel wall to contain the water to the shower but then you have sopping wet towels to deal with. The shower setup is the kind of thing you have to put up with in India and other 3rd world countries. This place is not close to any grocery stores so you have limited food options. I had the dinner buffet which was good but fairly expensive.

Very recommended. The scenery is very beautiful. There is a sauna and a pool. Although I didn’t experience it, the morning scenery is so beautiful. The snow-capped mountains are very comfortable and warm. The size is enough. There are Netflix and hbo members on the TV.

The sea view room has a good view and the restaurant has a good view. The restaurant is not open at noon but serves coffee, tea and small bread throughout the day. There is a bit awkward when the room needs to pass through the restaurant. Overall it was great and the service staff was especially friendly!

There was a problem with the car on the day we checked out. The host asked her husband to help us see the car. At that time, it was very cold outside and it was snowing and raining. He was worried that we were cold and let us enter the house. He helped us check the vehicle in the snow. He said that when the car was repaired, it was no problem. The hotel is in a great location with beautiful scenery. It is near Caomao Mountain and the aurora is unbeatable! The room is comfortable, with a private bathroom and very good water. The public kitchen is large and convenient for cooking.
