We stayed in this hotel chain for the second time (after Tbilisi), we chose them because the hotel was located near the coastline and the hotel was clean. Among the advantages of the hotel, I would like to note first of all its own parking; the staff speaks Russian well; cleanliness in the room; view of the sea from the room; presence of a balcony; location close to the beach; good soundproofing of the room. The hotel also has disadvantages, namely: the breakfast is monotonous and not tasty, not typical for Russians; coffee in the hotel chain has no taste; the room on the balcony lacks outdoor furniture and a dryer for clothes; there is no shelf for personal detergents in the shower. I also want to tell you about the situation that happened to us: the night before check-out, a fire alarm went off, we immediately called the reception, but we could not get through. We went down the stairs as expected, approached the girl at the reception, she replied that someone was smoking cigarettes. But I was surprised that they didn’t apologize to us verbally for this situation, after all it was the middle of the night and people woke up and got scared...

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

The hotel is very conveniently located. The sea is nearby, and there are many cafes. Breakfasts are delicious, they cooked khachapuri, soups, eggs, the only minus is that coffee is paid, but there was instant coffee and tea. Gorgeous view from the window - the sea. You drink instant coffee and a croissant, when you have such a view from the window you forgot that the coffee is instant 😁 there were also alcoholic drinks for breakfast.

Good place, live pleasant) location is magnificent. Comfortable settlement. Enjoyed communication with the owner. What would be delighted to see next time - more dressing hoods, more toilet paper for a week of two guests staying and a welcome set in the form of coffee, tea. There is no dish yet.

A wonderful hotel with a gorgeous view of Batumi. Responsive staff who are always ready to help. Good location - close to agrohub and many attractions. I liked it so much that I didn't want to leave! I recommend this hotel to everyone. 10/10

A good option for a stay for a couple of days in terms of price-quality ratio. There are no questions for the management company. Check-in and check-out were no problem, we were always in touch. Enough for the complex itself. There are clearly not enough elevators during peak hours, the audibility in the rooms is strong. There are tiles, but no hood.

The small hotel is just 11 rooms, which fully occupy the second floor of the residential house. The room was cleaned every day with two bottles of water and tea and coffee bags.We arrived early in the morning, we were allowed to rest in the hall before the settlement in the room. The room is comfortable bed with snowy clothes, new plumbing, there is soap and shower gel. Hotel recommends, price-quality thinks will suit everyone.

Восхитительный люкс в самом сердце Батуми. Гостеприимные и прекрасные хозяева отеля. Домашняя обстановка. Хорошие комнаты по всем стандартам, наконец было 2 подушки и 2 одеяла, не везде в отелях Грузии это встречали. Восхитительная терраса с качелей и видом на город.
