the aircon cannot be adjusted.🙁 the pillow that i got was a little thin, nevertheless the staff especially at the bar and restaurant were friendly and very accomodating. the hotel was also clean and neat☺️

Great location, very nice breakfast, there is also a Starbucks right outside the enterance which is nice. Literally a two minute walk to Gran Via street where you can find anything you could possibly need. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean and very quiet at least on the 5th floor :) Overall would recommend and come back again. Gracias Madrid!

I stayed at Boutique Urban Madrid Serrano for week while looking for an apartment in Madrid. The room was simple and basic with everything I needed. There were some small things I noticed such as the towels looked dirty. It would also have been nice to have a dishcloth with a little bit of soap as there are some glasses and plates available in the cupboards but no way to wash them. These are just small things I've noticed, but overall my stay was very good and the staff was very friendly.

Overall it was satisfactory, but except for the episode when I checked in. This hotel has no front desk, all by phone or WhatsApp. But I didn't say anything before I checked in. And I needed a password to enter the room, and I didn't receive it. Hotel Just in front of the Príncipe Pío station, buses, metro and commuter trains close at hand. The facilities were clean and in very good condition, all the receptionists were very friendly and they looked for the best route to get to your destination quickly. 100% recommended, when I return to Madrid I will definitely repeat.
