Close to the embassy area, I pass by every time I take a taxi back, and I feel safe; the hotel provides three meals a day, which is very good. The boss helped us to save food when we came back late, but I was a little carsick and wanted to eat something light, so the boss asked the chef to cook noodles for us, which was especially authentic Chinese! My colleagues ate it very deliciously! The boss is also responsive to any requests, which is really a great help for wanderers! You can let the nanny wash your clothes, and they will be neatly folded and placed on the stool at the door after washing, which is very convenient👍
I didn't stay at the Mango Hotel in Dhaka before because I accidentally lost my passport and I felt so miserable in this place where I had no relatives! Later, my friend introduced me to the Mango Hotel and said that he would help us Chinese people. I found the Mango Hotel with a nervous heart. The owner was really good. I picked up the phone and called the embassy and sent someone to take me to complete the procedures. Because I had to wait for a few working days to get the documents, I stayed in the hotel. To be honest, the cleanliness of the hotel was my first impression. The second was that all the meals were authentic Chinese food. The third was that all the staff were warm and the service attitude was super good. It made me feel like home. I want to express a lot, and I am not dragging my feet. If you plan to come to Dhaka, Bangladesh for inspection, you must choose the Dhaka Mango Hotel. The owner has been here for more than 20 years and knows all walks of life. He will not let you get lost. You will not regret choosing the Dhaka Mango Hotel, which will save you detours. It is worth recommending! Thanks to everyone at the Dhaka Mango Hotel.
I have lived in the coconut grove for several years, and I come to her house every time I travel. The boss is a woman with a bold personality. I have been in the catering and hotel industry in the commercial area of Dhaka city center for more than ten years. I have a certain understanding of various industries. I just came to Dhaka to open the factory and gave me some kind suggestions! I have stayed in two hotels in their home. The hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service to help out the invitation letter. The environment is good and the configuration is high. The rooms are clean and bright. The rooms are large and clean. The waiters are thoughtful. The most important thing is to provide Chinese food. It is trustworthy and recommended. Chinese hotel.
This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. It is very clean. However, the breakfast is too simple and there is no choice. The price of the restaurant is more expensive than the other hotel I stayed in. Special recommendations for not eating at the hotel
This hotel is great. My only note, is that this hotel is NOT easily walkable from the airport. However, if you walk down to the main road it's easy to take a rickshaw or CNG for a small price and reach the hotel in 2-3 minutes. I did not expect the distance so I was quite exhausted carrying my luggage. However, the hotel is high quality and much more than I expected by the name. It's a 2.5 star hotel or maybe 3 star hotel and I can't say enough good words about this place. If this hotel was located in the part of town I needed to stay, I would not hesitate to stay here for my entire trip!
The room and infrastructure were decent, but the check-out front desk provided a masterclass in deliberate troublemaking. Despite booking for one person, we checked in as two. The front desk happily took our IDs and checked us in without a peep. But the next day, a different front desk clerk, evidently lacking any understanding of the situation, decided to inform us that an extra person would cost an additional 10 US dollars. Bravo! Such logic could only come from a true genius.
Naturally, I was livid and had a heated argument with them. Their service attitude was stellar—extremely poor and unprofessional. If they intended to charge extra, why not inform us during check-in instead of springing this delightful surprise at check-out? Clearly, they’re connoisseurs of the fine art of annoying guests.
I had initially thought well of the hotel, but thanks to this delightful front desk experience, all those positive feelings have been thoroughly obliterated. Rest assured, this hotel is now on my blacklist. I will make it my mission to advise my friends against staying here in the future. What a gem of an establishment—truly heartwarming and utterly revolting!
I stayed in a single room, which was not big, clean and sanitary, and the decoration was a bit outdated. The hotel felt safe, and the lobby waiters and security guards were very enthusiastic. The hotel is located in a very lively area of Old Dhaka, but because of the location of the hotel, it is quiet in the bustle.

PPatrick van SchaikVery good free breakfast, excellent and most helpful staff. The hotel is walking distance from the new subway and the National Parliament building by architect Louis Kahn. In fact you can even see the National Parliament building from the rooftop restaurant. Fun chaotic street in front of the hotel.

GGuest UserStaff are lovely and friendly. Everything in the room worked, the traffic noise was loud on the 4th floor. Overall it was an average 3* hotel but personally I don’t think that was reflected in the price - especially considering breakfast is fairly poor and many things were not available (it seems there was low occupancy during my stay). Overall, overpriced but generally fine for a short stay. Great staff.
AAbdus S MajidLocation is good... very near the airport and almost on the main road. Rooms are very outdated and really needs updating. Blankets Linen and towels bed sheets were really old with marks all over it may be clean but stained and is vey worn. Facilities and amenities can be improved by replacing it. used their Airport Shuttle Service for Tk 500 each way..
BBINGQIANThe hotel traffic is fairly convenient. In the old Dhaka area, the surrounding environment is not good. The surroundings are like slums, very noisy and difficult to sleep. Not in the very prosperous Sundaka. Hygiene, service has nothing to say, very good. But if you call, don’t let the hotel call you a car. If you find a car from a Chinese boss, you can use a car of 3,000 taka a day, and a hotel car will cost you 7,000 taka a day, which is more than doubled.
KKanistan NavaratnamGreat, the staff were very kind and flexible. Breakfast was good, the only downside might be that it's next to a lake with lots of mosquitoes and a few mosquitoes in the room at night disturbing my sleep (keeping the fan on seemed to keep them away).
KKanistan NavaratnamA fairly nice place and reception staff and housekeeping staff are quite friendly. The room is clean and they have gym. Downside was that the room had a cigarette smell and breakfast was a bit too salty for my liking.
