Kevin was very helpful and served us well. We love the breakfast and the heritage room where we can view Mt Wellington from the windows. It would be better if the room is provided with waste bin.

The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large too. It was all clean. Most guest rooms are in annexes, with reception and dining in the old building (old for Oz, anyway) which boasts a bit of style. Breakfast was quite good but items such as bacon and scrambled eggs did not stay very hot about the buffet. I liked the sourdough. Reception was prompt and professional. Now the minor dislikes: it’s a good 30 minute walk from the CBD / waterfront, up a bit of hill all the way. (There is an area with plenty of bars etc about half way). I walked several times a day and it was OK. Most guests will have cars though. The living area in the room needed a TV. If there can only be one TV per room, it would be better there than in front of the bed in my opinion. Finally, one of the two wardrobes is locked up, presumably to store linen etc. The other only has hanging space so there was no shelving. I felt a little cheated that half of “my” potential wardrobe space was denied to me! On balance, I would consider staying again, even though it is a little way out of town. Overall it is large, clean, comfortable and manages a little style.

The Lodge was conveniently located at the entrance of the National Park and accessible to lakeside walk where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The dinner and breakfast provided at the restaurant was great!!

Good location, friendly check in and close to the city, go for nearby restaurant for breakfast in walking distance. Small playground for kids. With electric blanket during winter which is very comfortable.

Great location, clean and cozy I forgot to submit the ID for the check in progress but they are very helpful and help me to process although it was late (flight delay coz us reached at midnight) Really appreciate it.

Kami cukup terkejut sekaligus puas dengan kelengkapan fasilitas kamar kami. Semua perlengkapan mandi (misalnya handuk, sabun mandi cair, losion, pengering rambut) tersedia, kecuali sikat dan pasta gigi, TV pintar, dan perlengkapan dapur (ketel, microwave, pemanggang roti, piring, dan sendok). Keunggulan lainnya adalah lokasinya yang strategis dengan pemandangan danau yang menakjubkan, banyak tempat parkir, dan dekat dengan pusat kota. Meskipun kamarnya agak kecil, kami menyukai kenyamanan dan keasyikannya.

The hotel is value for money, ground floor restaurant provide yummy food..The roast pork set is super good 👍.The only con is No kettle in room. and hotel doesn't provide..
