The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

Resort itself is great, however there is not much to see or do in the area. Brilliant for a quite get away where you lay by the pool and beach. Service was great, all areas were clean and staff were friendly

I just finished a vacation with my parents at Movenpick, I have to admit that the hotel scored n*** points from the architecture to the service here, although I had to check in a bit late at 3pm, the main lobby was spacious and comfortable, the staff was polite and cheerful. The rooms are very new, everything is ancient like being on a real pirate ship. The hotel pays great attention to the environment, all the utensils are made of natural materials, in the afternoon there is also a lovely chocolate party for families with children. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes, if I have the opportunity to come back, I will still choose to stay here.

The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.

The decoration style of the hotel is very dark... I don't recommend bringing children to this hotel, hehe, very calm and down. Hotel facilities: small elevator, no air conditioning in the corridor, open the window, the shampoo and hand soap in the room are not good, there is no soap. The bath water is very small. The bed is very comfortable. Hygiene: OK, very good. There is a little sand at the door of the room... Maybe the last person who stayed there went to the beach. Breakfast: The food quality is good, but there are not many varieties. Service: Basic five-star hotel services are available, not high or low. This hotel costs more than 1,400 yuan a night, and a 5-year-old child needs to be charged separately. There are many other 5-star hotels nearby that are less than 1,000 RMB. I feel that the cost performance here is not very high, and the service is not very mature. The food is not bad, but not particularly delicious. Overall, I don't feel like coming back to this hotel. It's not bad, but not very good. It's a strange experience.

No problems, only pleasures, especially the view from the window: during the day, sunrise and sunset 😍 The beach is deserted, the water is clean. I definitely recommend it. P.S. The pools are great, but for an additional fee.

At first, the air conditioner in the room leaked all over the floor, and they didn't change it. After a round of communication, they changed it to a twin room. The bed was small, but it was clean. The swimming pool downstairs was nice, but it might be off-season, so there were not many people. It's very close to the muddy river, just a few minutes walk away!

CONSIDER CAREFULLY BEFORE CHOOSING HERE. 1. The room is in the form of a condotel, guests come to rent through the owner. This is not clearly shown on any booking site. Many guests come here and mistake it for a hotel. --＞ THERE IS NO 24/7 RECEPTION in the lobby, if you want support you have to text via zalo. 2. There is a small blood stain on the mattress in my room. 3. The campus is very large so you need a car to move around, however when contacting the hotline provided, the staff always say yes yes but the car is lucky to come. 4. The private beach is NOT TOO BEAUTIFUL. The private beach along Nguyen Dinh Chieu street in the center is much nicer (this is the beach on NDC, the one over there is too ugly to bother taking pictures)

Currently, Building B and Building D are in operation, with a total of 25 floors. Below is the beach, with strong winds and waves. But that's why the organization is better. The risk management thinking for guests is very problematic: 1. The bathroom is very small, the middle of the bathroom door is to put two high water pipes. If the bathroom can't be wide enough to cover the pipes, why not cut it? 2. The bathroom has no door, connecting to the bedroom space. If there are 2 colleagues or anyone who is not family or too familiar, how should the privacy be when using the bathroom? In the picture, the water tap is protruding, I had to cover it with a trash can to create attention because there are people with foot problems in the room, if they trip over it, they don't know what to do. I also think about the case of elderly guests or those with difficulty walking, how can we control the risk by leaving two water pipes like that when the hotel is not a home, and the guests are not familiar with the space layout? The receptionist checked in slowly. In a family, they divided 2 rooms but arranged them apart, so they should have told the guests 1 hour in advance if there were no rooms nearby. Professionalism is not clearly shown with hotel standards. The room price is good compared to the time. But if you compare the quality with the price, it cannot be called good. Old hotels can be older than normal, but deodorizing and equipping amenities should be focused on. The room is spacious but apart from the bathroom mirror, the room has no mirror, the curtain is cracked, the bathroom door has a loose seal, the TV should be connected to the internet to have more channels, there is no shower cap... The restaurant is okay in terms of taste, but the breakfast dishes and chopsticks are not clean. The coffee cup still has old coffee... The plus point is that the room is spacious, the water is quite strong. However, the faucet is designed with two separate hot and cold faucets, so if you have adjusted the temperature to the right level, you are afraid to turn it off when applying shower gel because you will have to adjust it again later... This is inconvenient and causes a waste of resources, adding unnecessary water costs to the hotel... With the location near the sea and the spacious space that the hotel owns, if the above points are improved, I think the hotel is a place worth experiencing. Looking at the layout, I feel sorry. If the rooms are not safe for guests, they should be renovated or not put into use.

My family went with 2 adults and 1 child. When we arrived, there was a welcome drink, a greeting letter and fruit in the room. The space has many trees and lakes, so it feels relaxing and cool. There are 4 swimming pools including 2 small children's pools, 1 oval pool with a jacuzzi and 1 infinity pool by the sea, very beautiful. The room is beautifully designed, spacious, with lots of light. The bed is wide, the blankets and mattresses are clean. Before booking, I read reviews on gg and saw a low score due to poor staff attitude, but when I arrived, I was satisfied with the service and reception. The minus point is that the regular room without a swimming pool will share a wall with the room next door, so the soundproofing is poor, and you can hear people talking clearly. There is only 1 resort in Ke Ga Bay area, there are no other activities around, suitable for relaxation.

The resort is very large, with a large area in the middle of the vegetable plot and some poultry, chickens, ducks, geese, sheep and rabbits, no plans. From the villa to the restaurant by car or bike, each villa provides two bicycles, the road is dark at night. The beach is okay, sometimes the waves are big and not allowed to go to the sea, the swimming pool is large, there is a 1.2 deep and a small children swimming pool. The villa bathroom is large and beautiful. The house is like a sun room. The house is also very hot during the day when the sun is large, and the air conditioner is fine. The only downside is that there are so many flies in the restaurant that it doesn't feel very good. There will be no plates or water cups for a while. The food is not very rich, mainly Vietnamese cuisine. There is a karaoke, you can sing, the environment is good, many Chinese songs. More suitable for family trips.

The resort is located near the beach, very quiet, suitable for relaxation. The resort is not new but it is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. If I have a chance next time, I will stop by to rest here.

Base on the price this resort is very low quality, very very old. I booked a suite of 2 bedroom swimming pool view to stayed 2 nights. The room is very old, rusty bathroom , not clean , the tea cup old and rusty too 😰! The only good thing is the staffs is very helpful specialy the one serve at restaurant on breakfast. Food not really good but OK. The beach is quiet. The way to the beach not nice need some TLC & clean up for nicer view.

The hotel is clean, needs more soundproof, the staff is polite and talked very cute, so adding an extra table for guests is great 😍
