they were renovating during our stay so some ammenities weren’t exactly where they are but overall it was a value for money stay. they upgraded us to the executive suite which was a really big room. some parts of the room like the paint is abit worn down if you really stare at it. the water pressure was really bad but despite that the room was clean and service was good. in room meal was not the best in terms of taste, didnt get breakfast tho. hopefully once the renovations are done it will look much betterb

A newly renovated resort with excellent sea view. Private beach with white soft sand and quiet environment, sea breeze. Guests should avoid any activities under the ferocious sunlight.

Located just opposite the Miri Airport. Hotel is nicely designed and room is nice. Just didn't have enough time to spend inside the hotels with their amenities. Great water feature design.

We are couples traveling to Miri. The hotel is around 25mins away from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the bellman and assisted me with my luggage. Overall the experience was pleasant. Check in process is smooth. However, I noticed some aspects of the room could be improved. Like the flooring damages and the toilet stains. Housekeeping also did not replenished the room amenities. Addressing these would make the stay truly exceptional. Thank you for the hospitality, and I look forward to staying with you again!

first time staying in hilton and we were so impressed by the newly renovated hotel. perfect rooms, great location, great service and delicious food. will stay here again if we come back to kuching. not a single bad thing to say about this hotel. room picture was from my friend’s bridal room because I was too excited to dive into my room lol

Overall experience was good. The family enjoyed the stay. But there's room for improvement.. We were given a room facing the back yard of the building even though we booked a room facing the pool. I did ask for change but was told all rooms were already occupied, even though we were amongst the earliest to check in and many others came later after us but given room facing the pool.

I recently stayed at Wiwo Hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the hotel's modern and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt right at home. The facilities at Wiwo Hotel are outstanding. The fitness center is well-maintained, with all the equipment you could need for a good workout. The pool area is a true gem, offering a relaxing space to unwind, complete with comfortable loungers and a serene ambiance. The hotel's dining options are also excellent, with a restaurant that serves a delicious variety of dishes, catering to different palates. As for the room, it was simply superb. The space was spotless, elegantly decorated, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep, and the high-quality linens were a lovely touch. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, featuring a large shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I also loved the attention to detail, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the thoughtful layout that made the room feel both cozy and functional. One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Overall, Wiwo Hotel exceeded all my expectations with its top-notch facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.

To best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts. You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas. The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room. The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them. I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!

Thank you for the special complimentary  and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. This have given my 16th wedding anniversary with my husband so wonderful and memorable. Breakfast at the Chinese Resto ( Gu Jin) was awesome! Love the siew mai and dumplings. Definitely will  go again! Kudos Sheraton Kuching.
