Location is good, we used this as a place to stay the night after visiting grand Teton national park and as a good starting point for our trip up to Yellowstone the next morning. However, the price is extortionate considering that the cabins are in desperate need of updating. There needs to be more thorough cleaning like around the windows where there was mould, there were stains on the bed covers and they couldn’t even be bothered to do something as simple as get the crumbs off of the armchairs in our room. The room also smelt quite strongly of vinegar when we arrived. These are things which we could live with and usually look past but for the price you pay, you expect more. The places to eat are limited but that being said, the pulled pork bun at the diner was very nice tasting despite the untidy appearance of the diner. The service could be better - it’s not clear how it works for ordering & no one acknowledged us when we walked in so we sat down rather confused about how to order. The waiter walked past us a few times and ignored us until we asked how to order. He then told us to go sit in another section that was being served by someone else - thankfully once we moved, the new waiter was more attentive and nice.

A quick 2 minute walk to the town square. The rooms are modern and clean and there’s a lot of space for putting your things.

The staff is very helpful. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is good. I am fully satisfied with this hotel.

Starting with the good, the location is ideal and within walking distance of the main attractions in Jackson. The check in was fast & friendly, they have a good selection of drinks available at all times in the lobby & complimentary cookies at check in which were delicious. However, despite the lobby looking very nice and welcoming, the rooms are dingy and very dated, with carpets that needs to be replaced and peeling paint. That said, it was fine for a night’s stay where we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but the expensive price is not reflective of the fact this is a 3 star hotel and is in desperate need of updating.

A Remarkable and Pleasant Stay I had the pleasure of staying at Hampton Inn Laramie and I would like to commend the hotel and its staff for delivering an outstanding level of service and hospitality. The room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable and restful stay. The breakfast service was particularly noteworthy, offering a generous variety of high-quality options. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to fellow travelers and look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Location, customer service, and rooms are worth the stay! It is close to the Rodeo, Buffalo Bill Center, Catholic Church, and downtown Cody. There were many options for our free breakfast with great amenities. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again!
