The hotel staff is very courteous and the food at the hotel is delicious. It's located very close to Lord Pashupatinath temple, hardly 5 minutes walking distance. Very close to the airport as well.

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train.  Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and breakfast staff were very welcoming.  Would stay there again.

清潔でよいホテルですが、窓が開きません。それはかなり息苦しく耐えられないものでした。 ホテルにキャンセルを申し込みまましたが、キャンセル時間の前なのにできないと言われ仕方なく宿泊することに…他の部屋ならバルコニーがあると言われて、18000も多く払うことになりました。 一度キャンセルして、その部屋を取り直ししたかったのですが叶いませんでした。よけいに高く支払うことになり残念な旅行になりました。ホテルとサイトの連携が全く機能していないのが残念です。

We had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel for a total of 6 nights, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff displayed an authentic and warm hospitality that made us feel truly at home. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist with every request went above and beyond our expectations. One of the highlights of our stay was the remarkable cleanliness and tranquility of our room. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure a pristine environment, allowing us to relax and unwind in utmost comfort. The icing on the cake was the superb internet reception, which allowed us to stay connected seamlessly throughout our stay. Our stay was punctuated by delightful mornings indulging in an exquisite breakfast spread. The puri or chapati and curry quickly became our favorites, perfectly complemented by the aromatic masala tea and the flavorful masala omelette – a true culinary delight! The hotel's al fresco dining experience was an absolute treat. The ambiance was charming, and the food left an indelible mark on our taste buds. With each meal, we explored a plethora of different dishes, each more tantalizing than the last. It's safe to say that the culinary offerings exceeded our expectations in every way. A noteworthy mention is the hotel's convenient proximity to Boudha Stupa, a mere 10-minute walk away. This made our visits to the stupa incredibly convenient and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in its serene atmosphere. What sets this hotel apart is not only its remarkable amenities and services but also the unique opportunity it offers. The daily free yoga and meditation sessions held within the monastery on the premises are truly transformative. We highly recommend inquiring about the schedule from the attentive hotel staff – it's an experience that added immeasurable value to our stay. Ini adalah hotel yang terawat dengan baik dengan nuansa klasik Kathmandu. Kolam renangnya lebih kecil dari perkiraan, tapi oke untuk menginap satu hari. Namun, jangan minta konter hotel memanggilkan Anda taksi. Tarifnya tiga kali lipat. Saya tidak tahu apakah sopir taksi membayar staf meja depan, tapi dia meminta 800 rupee untuk pergi ke suatu tempat yang jaraknya kurang dari 5 menit. Saya menelepon taksi untuk mempercayai hotel, tetapi saya tidak mengerti mengapa mereka menanyakan harga yang tidak masuk akal kepada tamu tersebut. Sarapan lebih baik dari yang diharapkan

This is the second time I stayed at Ramada Encore in Thamel. I was not wrong to choose it again. Absolutely everything is good here ... the staff, the room,the breakfast (oh my, sooooo good), the location, the friendliness of every single employee, from the door in. A special recognition to Nikhil in the reception, whose service and support with a sincere smile is as comforting as the sunshine on an early autumn morning. And to the staff and therapists on the spa where I took a couple of massages that were superb. Kathmandu is a beautiful, yet hectic city. Thamel even more, so to have this oasis to come to after a long day wandering around or trekking is something to treasure. In my case, this is even more meaningful as I left all my stuff to go hiking on the Himalayas for several days, coming back to the hotel with the certainty that I was going to be happily and truly welcome. Again, I was not wrong. Thank you for making a difference and for understanding what the word service means. I will certainly choose you again and again every time I come back to this unique Kathmandu I learned to love. Namaste, 🙏🏼.

This was my first time staying in the hotel, I liked everything but I must say the hot water doesn’t always work and sometimes had to be turned on for a while before working. But aside from that my friend and I really like the staffs attitudes, they were so nice and accommodating. Will be staying again.
