Hotel Dengan Kolam Renang di Kanton Lucerne, Swiss

The location of the hotel is perfectly beautiful and conveniently close to public transport. This includes the boats which go on various trips on the lake. Service in the hotel was very good and I would especially like to mention Kenny at reception who was happy to go the extra mile. The food was good and a wonderful breakfast buffet is served. The coffee was good, croissants and bread fresh, a wonderful selection of good quality jam, simply excellent. For those who wanted, there was even smoked salmon and on certain days, a glass of bubbly!! Would also like to mention the two ladies who run “breakfast” and keep things clean and fresh. Thank you.

location extremely good to visit the lake, 30min to Lucerne , hotel staff very kind, rooms are clean and nice spa to relax after a long trip :) there is also the chance to recharge electric car. Very good breakfast and outdoor lounge, i would definitely recommend it

第二次入住這個酒店，三年前在booking 上預訂的房間在三樓，床在上面的，三樓過道看上去更像酒店的感覺，這次攜程上預訂的，房間在四樓最後一間，窗户沒有之前三樓的大，但小而精緻房間還是挺温馨的一個人住，通常早餐後去徒步，下午三點左右回到酒店水療強烈推薦喲😊

Alors l'hôtel est superbe à l'intérieur c'est très beau la restauration les serveurs sont super sympa mais par contre ce qui nous ont pas averti c'est qu'il y avait des immenses travaux devant il y avait une grue et beaucoup de bruit et c'est aussi inadmissible qu'on nous a rien à faire par rapport à ça.
