Excellent location for a visit to Albert Dock and to the city centre for shopping. Staff are professional ,friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere and very clean. The onsite parking is a definite 5 stars plus. Thank you Ibis Liverpool you made my stay very special.

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ibis Styles Liverpool, and a huge part of that was thanks to Fayne, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. We arrived four hours before check-in to drop off our luggage, but Fayne kindly checked us in early—completely free of charge. This thoughtful gesture made such a difference after a long journey. On the day we checked out, she allowed us to store our luggage for longer so we could explore the city until our train time. When we returned to collect it, Fayne even offered us complimentary tea and coffee, which was such a kind and welcoming touch. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable, but the staff, especially Fayne, truly made our stay memorable. Her warmth and helpfulness set a high standard for hospitality. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool!

It's centrally located. The beds are comfortable, and the sheets are clean. However, the bathrooms could be cleaned more carefully. The rooms are newly renovated, so there are some shortcomings. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was very, supportive and friendly staff. Check in was very smooth. Nice bar for a drink. The environment was easy to find. Parking was pricy though. But there was a cheaper parking just few minutes walk away

Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. Many thanks Lee Atkinson
