Hotel Pemandian Air Panas di Quintana Roo, Meksiko

I love the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the food in the Italian restaurant is awesome! Great location next to the beach. Although there are not many activities in the hotel, it is quite, cozy compare to the busy area.

I had mixed feelings about this hotel: -Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed. -Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views. -Staff was very friendly But: -Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room. -Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits). Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel.

The staff is absolutely splendid, courtesy, helpful, and willing. The food, however tasteless and left us with much to be desired. The bar in the lobby has the best mixologist so far

Great but check all restaurants are open and book asap as you’ll end up in buffet restaurant every night

Zimmer sind mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet - Mexikanischer Standard, Dusche zum Teil mit wenig Wasserdruck. Matratzen super, das Frühstück ist sehr fettig, viel frittiertes, für uns eher ein Lunch. Da geht auf jeden Fall mehr.
