You should change beds. It is very uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep at all. I woke up every hour at night.
Also don’t expect to see the ocean.
Views from windows are sucks.

Clean, nice food options, pools and waterpark very fun, very polite staff except for the way they are told to repeatedly badger guests in an effort to commit to returning. Some long waits to order poolside and to even get towels! Overall pretty good experience for a first timer at an all inclusive.

This property is amazing and well worth the extra money for the Grand - you get more luxury, better food options, less crazy pools, and top notch service. The only downside to this resort (though I think it applies to almost everywhere I've been in Mexico) is the constant hard sell for membership, return certificates, excursions, etc.

Everything good except they push themselves so hard on you to buy their membership and if you don’t buy or respond they get little bit happy about it .

Place was definitely 5 stars, they thought of everything. Food was 5 stars, waterpark for kids was top notch, and entertainment at night was worthy. When we got there they upgraded us to a “VIP” room, but it only had one king size bed. We needed two queen size beds because there were four of us. So we had to switch back to a standard room.

The resort was fun and lots of things to do. Definitely family friendly. The only disappoin**ents were the resort beach and the food. The beach water is brown filled with sea****. Wish they clean it up. The food honestly Is quite disappointing. The only thing that was good was the grilled octopus and fried fish. Sushi was horrible. The Peruvian restaurant food was either bland or salty. No flavor. Steak house was ok. Not bad but wasn't great. The steaks were tough amd dry.
The chicken tenders were dry.
The Waterpark and pools, arcade was fun. Service is decent. We did room service and it took an hour plus to get our food.
But luggage pick up service was on point.

I asked for the VIP and room upgrade on arrival.
They said there were no upgrades available.
I had also requested the kind bed I was promised and they had none available and offered to push my two beds together, which I declined. The complimentary bottle of wine was never delivered
