The room facilities are indeed high-end and exquisite, and the bed is very comfortable
The location is also very good. It is the most satisfactory one among the three hotels we stayed in (The Shard, Bulgari, and Mandarin).
However, the service feels not as warm and sincere as Wenhua
One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. It has perfect location as there are a lot of shops around it and its near in the arena where we attended a concert. The staff were friendly and helpful, we also had pur own kitchen in our room. We will definetely come back again next year.

Hotel was easy to get to, cheap overnight parking. Although there was a van that had gotten broken into in the morning which was worrying. The room was generally decent, not the cleanest fee to the room although.
The sleep was good and the reception staff were friendly.
Stayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached.
Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe
Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏
Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good.
Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok
The Holiday inn express Greenwich is in a great location close to the 02 arena. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean and comfortable beds, the shower and bathroom is very nice. Me and my wife had a lovely time staying for one night. Much nicer than the Travel Lodge. Photo is the view from the 7th floor elevator.
We are 100% satisfied with our 5 nights stay with Cheval, the best service apartments hotel in London overlooking tower of bridge and tower of london. WE FEEL LIKE HOME. The best location in London. 2 mins walk to Tower of London 5 mins walk to tower bridge. A pier infornt of the hotel which takes us toany attractions by uber boat. The restaurant downstair is fabulous and we celebrated our son's 17th birthday. They serve best pasta. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and were assigned 7 G very spacious room with fabulous river view. The rooms are equipped with highest facilities great amenities [ top quality shower gel lotion slipper, bath ropes 3pin plug and super super comfortable bed and pillow. ] Their kitchen is very modern equipped with dish washer, fridge and all utensils. They have very big laundry room. We booked Cheval Grand Edinburgh as well for 2 nights stay. Worth the price.
From its location and the comfort of the building's exterior to the staff's service attitude, everything scores top marks! Although the hotel's buffet breakfast doesn't offer a wide variety, the quality is excellent, and it was a very comfortable dining experience, with the waitstaff being very attentive! Additionally, the service received at the hotel's main entrance and the exceptional care taken by the staff in handling our heavy luggage during checkout, ensuring it was transported downstairs to the taxi, was commendable. These experiences definitely make us want to return!
Nice service and nice room. The hotel was clean, with friendly staff, great amenities, and a convenient location. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe booked a family room as there were 4 of us, 2 children aged 11 and 15 with myself and husband. Beds were super comfy, it was easy to get extra pillows too. However I would say double beds are quite small for 2 full sized people, no room to move really, so we didn't sleep well, despite the comfiness of them!
We booked breakfast at check in. And had dinner in the evening as there aren't many other options nearby in walking distance. (We were starving) after spending an hour or two in the pool/sauna/steam room. The food at dinner was delicious we all enjoyed it. (I had the chicken curry.)
Breakfast was the usual cooked buffet, we all found something we liked and ate lots.
The pool/sauna and steam room was a nice addition for us all to enjoy in the evening and a bonus that it stayed open until late. There was a gym too but we hadn't brought gym clothes so didn't use this.
It is a great hotel location for the Excel centre, but also the 02 as we got the cable car over to the 02 which was beautiful on a sunny cold crisp day. Also the train/tram service was so easy to use and navigate and so frequent!
We would stay again as it was so easy to get around from here.
SSybil NBooked a 2-week long stay at Middle Eight for both business and leisure and was able to experience 2 types of room tiers during my stay. Specifically for the Urban room which was a larger sized room, the room was large (by London standards) and the bed was extremely comfortable. Toilets are small but had all of the great amenities including an excellent rain shower with good water pressure!
The hotel property is very new, very beautifully designed and the location of the hotel is perhaps one of it's best traits - you're within a 5 minute brisk walk from 2 underground stations (Holborn & Covent Garden) - there are lots of great dining options in the near vicinity of the hotel however this also means that on weekend nights noise from surrounding pubs can be heard by hotel guests.
Aside from this though, my stay was excellent, and I will definitely be rebooking with Middle Eight during my next visit to London!
RRichardDGreat location in Central London. Very close to Holborn Station. However, I found I could walk to everything.
Service at the hotel is A+. Bar was also great and they had a couple of good options for breakfast. Rooms are very big and bed super comfortable. Will stay at Rosewood London again!
LLloyd88This review is based on the price point and the value provided .
The comms from the property were excellent , check in was very straight forward and easy , upon arrival the room was in excellent condition and very clean.
The room itself is small but comes with a kitchen , at the price this was very acceptable , considering the proximity to the tube . You can be in central London within 10-15 mins and the olympic park is also very close.
This is an excellent option for travellers on a budget needing a base to explore London . It is not the fault of the property , but the close proximity to street level makes it a bit difficult for light sleepers and we could hear every movement of the noisy guests above us.
Overall a very nice stay , thanks to the property for their efforts.
HHughThe staff were nice, the room was small but nice and clean. The shared bathroom was spotless. The tv worked, there was tea & coffee in the room, two towels and Temple Spa hand wash! All good.
GGuest UserI have enjoyed my stay very much and all staff we lovely and very helpful especially Arsha .our room was big and very spacious and bed was really comfortable . The breakfast was a bonus and very nice with many variety. The location of hotel is in central London and there is a nearby underground d about 600-700 meter .I recommend this hotel to everyone especially families. I will definitely come back again
GGuest UserThe location is excellent. There are theaters for various musicals nearby. It is very convenient to get to any place. You can also walk to many attractions. The hotel room is relatively large in London. It is larger than the ones I have stayed in before. It is cost-effective.
EEarthly DaddyThis is a perfect hotel for family and/or business travelers especially when you want to stay in London for longer duration. The room is well equipped with all sorts of tools for you to stay comfortably without any hiccup. The geographical proximity to the London Bridge Station and the London Financial District is another merit
