房間又大又乾淨，佈置的温馨妥帖，地理位置極其優越，酒店管理也很周到，下次去日內瓦還會去住，街對面的巧克力店太好吃了！

經常打掃後忘記補捲紙或者其他用品，前台服務冷漠。

新酒店設施服務地理位置都很好 酒店禮賓人員很好

設施設備一應俱全、房間很大且非常整潔乾淨舒適，離日內瓦湖邊確實很近

交通很方便樓下就是購物中心很安全

The staff were all lovely and the apartment is fantastic. It has everything you could possibly need and is super clean and comfortable.The location is perfect, especially for the old town, the lake, shopping and transport.

had a great time at the Fraser, would suggest a breakfast more complete, but other then that perfect

Amazing hotel. Very helpful and nice staff. Only one complaint: very potent perfume smell in the hallways. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time in Geneva.

I was really disappointed with the service, it was very hot no ac , no cleaning service it takes them more than 5 hours to come and clean the room , the room goes over two days with no tissue . I was very honest about staining the couch and they fined us 1000 frank for a simple makeup stain but in the first place the couch was in very bad condition with stains already . They fined us only for a simple stain(THEY DIDNT GIVE US A RECIPT FOR THE FINE) . I had very high expectations for this hotel and was very disappointed sadly with this service from the staff. I would stop visiting all there branches.

The staff crew were friendly and eager to help, the location is convenient; definitely will recommend to anyone staying in Geneva!

The suite has all the amenities needed. Super clean and modern design and the staff are so kind.
