Ulasan Athens Avenue Hotel

Good hotel in general. Very clean and comfy bed. Room was big enough and bathroom designed quite modern. The door to the bathroom could be a bit more isolating, but no big deal. No watercooker in the room, but we could borrow one from the restaurant. There is occasional noice from the busy main street but it is tolerable and we also only rarely heard other guests. The staff was friendly and fulfilled all our requests.

unbedingt Zimmer nach hinten, vorne sind die Motorräder nachts auf Rennen und kann sehr laut sein. Leider noch keine Dach Terrasse. Zimmer sind neu renoviert

早晨豐盛，尤其地道的希臘酸奶，有很多種配料可以選擇，外面7-8歐元一份的酸奶這裏無限量。 培根肉非常鮮香，好吃不柴，每天都有供應 麪包和奶酪種類豐富。總得來説每天我最期待的就是豐盛的早晨，吃一頓，快到晚上才會餓。一天兩頓飯無壓力 有健身房，兩台跑步機和一些器械，雖然就一間小屋子，但也是非常方便的。 酒店位置很好，在一條主幹路邊，很多很多免費的停車位，如果不放心可以停在酒店地下。10歐元/天。但其實酒店門口的免費停車位已經非常足夠了。 酒店的床和枕頭也是很舒服的，我第一天到酒店倒時差，睡了快11個小時。後面都能睡足7個多小時，還是很不錯的。比我在歐洲住的其他酒店條件都要好。

房間夠大，舒適，新乾淨，性價比很高

Basic hotel but clean and relatively comfortable. A work area is provided with convenient power access. Shower was very small but the bathroom clean other than that. Location is OK for what I needed but it is not in the centre of Athens by any means. The marketing pictures give the impression of a much more comfy and cosy experience than reality. The restaurant dinner was OK but nothing special.

Clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and private parking within the property. On the other hand the rooms are not soundproof as advertised. We arrived in room and immediately we both got the impression that the window was open. We checked the window and we could feel an air draft coming in while closed. We received another room, but unfortunately the situation was exactly the same. For reference, the breakfast floor is perfectly soundproof. So, it can be done. We picked this hotel because it writes "soundproof" rooms in the description. This is not the case. If one cannot get a decent sleep to the cars noise, it does affect the quality of the holiday, unfortunately. I strongly recommend that the "soundproof" description is removed.

A nice 2 night stay in a comfortable room with very quiet and efficient air conditioning. Modern bathroom. Restaurant does a very good breakfast with lots of variety and dinner was excellent. There are buses outside the door which take you to Syntagma square in about 15 minutes for €1.50. Easy from there to the Plaka, Parthenon etc. Friendly, helpful staff. Only small negative is the towels and sheets could do with renewal. Would stay again. Note: if you go into the city at night be aware that taxis will only take cash. We got caught.

My boyfriend and I flew from Brazil to Greece for vacation. Our first stop was in Athens. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the hotel we had booked, Lux and Easy Signature Syngrou 234, a problem occurred, and the hotel was fully booked. We were exhausted at this point after a long flight, and the time was around 1 am. Our cellphones were running low on battery, and the worst part was that the receptionist at this hotel didn't care about us or even let us make a call to another hotel to inquire about available rooms. It was such a bad first experience to see the receptionist not even trying to help with the minimum. So, we decided to walk around with our heavy luggage on the street to look for another hotel. Fortunately, we arrived at Athens Avenue Hotel, and while the hotel was also fully booked, what was amazing was the difference in professionalism. Vangelli, the receptionist, immediately called other hotels nearby to find rooms available for us. This attitude changed everything because we were so tired that we couldn't even think properly. So, I would like to say thank you to Vangelli for showing such empathy in our situation and for being such a good professional. I definitely recommend this hotel because of him.

This is a nice hotel, modern and clean. It's located centrally. It's situated in a noisy street but our room was in the other side, room 501 and did not have any issue with the noise. Breakfast was very good, with many choices. The minibar comes with a couple of water bottles and 4 soft drinks, for free. The reception guys, and staff in general, are helpful. We needed iron and board; taxi reservation etc, and they were helpful. Generally speaking, it did what it was supposed to do without any issues to report.

This was the first hotel we stayed at in Greece and it was an excellent stay. The people are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They offer advice on places to go and the best way to get there without hesitation. Although the hotel is no in the most central location the staff was excellent. Especially Nikolas and Sukar. These two were extremely welcoming and helpful. Comfortable beds, clean room and tasty breakfast what else can one ask for.

Awesome property, if you like a good walk you can walk to the Acropolis from here.

This hotel was comfortable, clean and modern. It was by a major road so it was a bit noisy. The breakfast selection was pretty good. It was a 15-20 min walk to the closest metro station at Sygrou. The showers were small and a bit awkward to maneuver in but that wasn’t a big deal.

Not much in area to do T.V. Did not have any Greek or English stations

There simply aren't enough seats available for all guests to have breakfast at the same time. And look, we arrived at 7 am, at the opening time of the restaurant for breakfast. There was a huge empty table but reserved for the hotel team or some event. As we had a tour scheduled for 7:30 am... The way was to have coffee standing up.
