Sala Siem is very attractive hotel to stay. Right Infront of the Angkor Museum. Location is good to reach everywhere via TukTuks for maybe 1$. Service and team are great 😊 So thanks Na Na & Yanpaing. Especially Na Na informed us about everything wisely. We got Khmer Massage service and that was amazing, right near the pool and bird sounds. Thank you Sala Siem Reap Hotel for everything 🙏🫶💕

I had a really pleasant stay at The Calm Oasis. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment felt relaxing. The location is okay—quiet and peaceful—but a bit average if you need quick access to nearby spots. Also the parking space is so small and limited. What really stood out to me was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and handled my requests really well. Big shoutout to the guest service team for being accommodating throughout my stay. Amenities were excellent too—everything worked smoothly and added to a really enjoyable experience. Overall, a great place for families looking for a calm getaway. Would definitely consider staying again!

I stayed at Khmer Mansion recently, and the entire experience from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. Their customer service is honestly the strongest part of the hotel—the staff communicate clearly in English, understand what you need without overcomplicating things, and check on you regularly in a genuinely helpful way. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Room service food was consistently good, and they deliver fast. Now the honest bits: The room Wi-Fi needs to be fixed. It’s weak and inconsistent—not great if you rely on connectivity. After four days, the food options felt repetitive. Not a dealbreaker, but something they can definitely improve. Location-wise, this hotel is ridiculously convenient—walking distance to Old Market, Night Market, Pub Street, spas, and even the circus. Despite the minor issues, I would stay here again mainly because of the staff and the location. They genuinely make the experience worthwhile. Final rating: 4.75/5

Erye membawa banyak lemari dengan kapasitas yang cukup, dan juga ada platform untuk barang-barang pribadi Ada platform kecil di samping tempat tidur untuk menyimpan berbagai keperluan Semuanya sempurna, kecuali tidak ada selimut, tetapi ada selimut. Saya terbangun karena kedinginan di malam hari karena AC-nya terpusat dan AC-nya terlalu kencang.

The hotel was exceptional! Cosy, spacious and clean, the highlight, however, has to be the extraordinary service provided by the staff, who always went the extra mile to ensure that we had a pleasant stay— a huge shoutout to Limon-Poe Tea, Sotha and Sokhunthea and many other staff for their exceptional care. The spa at the hotel was fantastic and the restaurant catered for vegetarian dietary options as well.

During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay.
