Located in downtown Salt Lake City, it is surrounded by big hotels such as the Hyatt Marriot Hilton. The breakfast is pretty good, but the floor height is a bit low. Everything else is up to standard, clean and tidy. It is a good place to rest. There is a dedicated wooden desk with office lights, which is rare. There are very few lights in American hotels. Overall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression. However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform. After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details. Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €. This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details. After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card. I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out. The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not. On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again. The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00. I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card. I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released.

Lots of lodges. Much like a Disney resort. All dining facilities in immediate area of the same company. Very quiet :). Limited breakfast options and very busy, but nice servers. Went to park early so didn't need to use Shuttle bus. If you leave later, then you'd better. But: why did I have to pay a $5 'resort fee'?

The breakfast was great. Those who went skiing were very close to the ski area, and then the breakfast was great, and the ski school nearby was great. Hahahahahahahahahaha

I lost the hotel picture on my phone, the location is good, the hotel has a car to pick up and drop off from the airport, the breakfast is good, the stay is very comfortable, the price/performance ratio is relatively high, suitable for business trips.

The staff was very polite and often smiled, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hot water in the bath was very good. Breakfast has a burger, very good. However, it is more than 20 miles from zion Park. When I arrived in the afternoon, I was lazy to go to zion to watch the sunset. I changed to the laundromat. It was 400 meters away. The Mexican restaurant next to it was delicious. But it is also because it is a little far away and the price is much cheaper.

If you go to Yellowstone and need to stay near Salt Lake City for one night, I suggest you choose this hotel. Very new, very clean, the room is slightly smaller, but very similar to the domestic hotel. There is a Wal-Mart supermarket in 10 minutes by car, and there are Starbucks and restaurants opposite the hotel. It is too convenient to go to Yellowstone Road to recharge. Cost-effective!
