TTamuOverall was a nice stay.
Comfortable bed, room was nice, there was a few details in the room that needs to be fix (paint, cleaning, etc), but I'm going to reserve that to my self.

Hot breakfast ( I think is one of the best that I have tried)
Aprox 20 min from Lido beach.
Aprox 18 min from Lakewood Ranch area. (Stores and Restaurants).

Don’t clean your room every day.
We was 2 days there and I call because we need change the towels.
They explained to me that I had to take the used ones to the front desk I did it. But there were four of us and they only gave us two towels. We were there two days ago.
So they gave me two pool towels.that's unacceptable.
The jacuzzi water it’s just warm.
Cuban people was there listening music inaceptable for us because we had kids

TTamuGreat hotel, brand new, very clean. Lovely helpful staff and good amenities. Close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Wish we had stayed a little longer. Free upgrade was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again.

TTamuThe hotel was great — we really enjoyed our stay. It was quite clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent, with a good variety and fresh options. The pool is heated, which was a big plus, and towels are always available by the pool, which is very convenient.

On our first night, we had an issue with noisy neighbors, but the reception staff kindly offered to change our room, which we really appreciated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good as well. Overall, a pleasant stay.

JJohn HechtlingerI liked management and staff. The shower had immediand hot water. Thumbs up. Breakfast. Thumbs down. Frozen waffles and fruit loops was about it. For the price the place is reasonable. Location is excellent with a nice supermarket across the street.
