Hotel Dengan parkir di Burgas, Bulgaria

Please see my earlier review. I extended my stay twice but shall repeat again that the middle aged lady with the spectacles at the reception is the rudest person I have ever met. If you ever have the misfortune of meeting her, you will know who I’m referring to immediately.

Great location, hotel is right on the beach & is a short walking distance to Nessebar old town! The staff is excellent and the food selection at the buffet is varied, flavourful and plentiful!  The facilities are very old, furniture in the rooms is dated and in dire need for an upgrade. Rooms are very basic they lack proper lighting and electrical plugs especially by the night tables.  Sun loungers are very uncomfortable and the umbrellas are small so they barely protect you from the sun.  Our stay was enjoyable overall, mainly thanks to the staff and the excellent location of the hotel

Супер отель. Персонал отзывчивый ,приветливый, помогают во всём. Работают хорошо. Решают на профессиональном уровне все проблемы. В номерах чисто. В отели идеальная чистота ,всё на высшем уровне. Рекомендую всем, особенно хочу отметить менеджера отеля Krastyu Genov. Спасибо большое всему персоналу за прекрасный отдых в этом шикарном отеле.

予約したMirage hotelが休館になるとのことで、Trip.comさんから近くのホテルへの変更案内がありました。諸々の連絡や対応がきちんとしており、無事に泊まれたので良かったです。

Не смотря на то, что интерьер номеров сильно не новый, муж обнаружил, что чувствует себя здесь Как дома! В соотношении ЦЕНА/КАЧЕСТВО, совокупность всего в отеле гораздо выше, чем заявленная цена! Нам понравилось! Вернемся сюда!
