#MarchGoodPlaces2025 A mini three-dimensional park full of childlike fun and healing, this is the Pitou Picture Book Park located in Xiluo Town. The park was created by picture book painter Maha and artist Liao Senmao, who transformed the scene in the book "Once upon a time, there was a courtyard house" into a real scene. The park theme includes sculptures of characters and scenes in the book, such as Xiaomei, watermelon fields, and whales, as well as classical and elegant courtyard-style buildings. In addition, the barns commonly seen in rural areas have been added to make this place a three-dimensional picture book park. The style is somewhat similar to Jimmy Liao's. If you don't search for information online, you might really mistake it for Jimmy Liao's work. Xiaomei, the watermelon fields and the whales are my favorite scenes for taking photos. They look beautiful no matter how you take the photos and there are no other tourists trying to take the photos. Although I didn’t stay here for too long, the people and things that jumped out of the painting are still fresh in my memory. (2020918)
