#cherryblossom25 A Sea of Blossoms If you have more time, visit Mount Yoshino in Nara Prefecture. It is one of Japan’s most famous sakura spots. The mountain has over 30,000 cherry trees. I recommend going early in the day and wearing good walking shoes. As you hike up the mountain, you see different views of sakura at every level. It feels like walking through a pink forest. There are tea shops along the way, where you can rest and enjoy the view. At the top, you’ll see a wide view of pink hills and blue sky. It’s truly a special place in spring.
