Grand Suite Grand Hyatt Xi'an is known for being cheaper than Hyatt in the same city, and is almost the cheapest Grand Hyatt in China. The location is not close to the city center, surrounded by a group of office buildings. The heavy design and the overwhelming classiness fully demonstrate its positioning as a business hotel. 1. Public area: The design is very Grand Hyatt, with more subdued colors, and the whole hotel gives a solid and reassuring feeling. The building is very distinctive, so the Grand Club restaurant and café are located in the corridor on the 23rd to 25th floors, with a sky terrace. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and rainy when I came, otherwise the view would have been really open. 2. Hardware: The room is spacious and the hardware is very standard, more than enough for business needs (see picture 2 for a room tour). The Grand Club is really Korean, with freshly cooked Shin Ramyun and this kind of kimchi dish for dinner, and several hot dishes are quite solid meat dishes, which are very suitable for working people who need to save time and have a quick dinner. 3. Service: Because the price is only a few hundred yuan and the owner is said to be bankrupt, I thought it would be a disaster before I checked in, but after the actual experience, I think it maintained the service quality of Grand Hyatt. The staff at the Grand Club front desk and the guest rooms are very enthusiastic and attentive, and the Grand Club is not very crowded, which is much better than the experience of the Marriott business lounge. The turndown service is really a careful cleaning, not just putting a teacup and a bottle of water. For this price, friends with limited budgets but want to improve the quality of business trips can go for it without hesitation.
