Wuhan Optics Valley Convention & Exhibition Center Yu Hotel

Mini Review: The most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Wuhan so far ||| I wanted to relax after a period of exams and busy work. I planned to visit Dayuecheng and found this hotel online. The online pictures showed nice facilities, it's under the Qushuilanting brand, and the price was reasonable, so I booked it. Here are my impressions and evaluation: First of all, the hotel's design style perfectly matches my aesthetic preferences. The hotel and Qushuilanting are in the same building, with a large atrium that resembles a small garden, creating a stylish ambiance. Inside the room, the decoration is high-quality, using a lot of terrazzo and dark wood paneling. The furniture is all solid wood, which is rare to see such investment in soft furnishings. The hardware facilities are also excellent, with a smart toilet and a Dyson hairdryer. There are also small details, such as the orchids on the table (I think they're orchids), Himalayan rock fragrance, and the small fruit plate delivered by the staff, which add emotional value. Next are the two points I care about most: soundproofing and cleanliness. I am very satisfied with both. The room walls and windows are well soundproofed, and the air conditioner is quiet, allowing me to have a peaceful sleep. The cleanliness is impeccable, almost spotless. The service is also worth mentioning. It was raining heavily on the day I arrived. Before I even parked in the garage, a staff member was waiting with an umbrella. They opened the car door for me, holding the umbrella to prevent rain from getting in, and then escorted me to the lobby (which is a bit complex, and I might have gotten lost otherwise). The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, proactively guiding me to the elevator hall and garage. I was pleasantly surprised that when I reached my floor, a housekeeper who was cleaning the elevator lobby immediately stopped what they were doing to greet me and escort me to my room. The service was impeccable at every stage, like the Haidilao of hotels. Having mentioned so many advantages, I must also point out some minor flaws. The location is a significant drawback, quite remote and without public transportation. No advertising, just my honest feelings. If you want a day of peace and comfort, this place is perfect. However, if you're planning to stay here for tourism, don't even consider it, as it's too inconvenient for traveling around.
