[Challenging Trails] Popular trails in Zion with spectacular views

📍 Angels Landing👟 Angels Landing is a popular trail course in Zion National Park. Angels Landing is an advanced trail with an elevation difference of 453m and a round trip distance of 8.7km, taking 4-5 hours! ︎ What's tough is that it's all up and up on the way there... It starts with a tough switchback (3rd photo), and at the end of the trail you follow the chains and climb a cliff😇 So, if you're afraid of heights, you should never push yourself! ︎ To get to the trailhead, take the free shuttle bus in the park, get off at stop 6, "The Grotto," and it's about a 20-minute bus ride from the visitor center☺️ You need to show a special reservation ticket to enter the Angels Landing trail. At the entrance, show your photo ID to the ranger and then start the trail! ︎ After about an hour of walking along the rocks while holding onto the chains, we reached the summit‼︎✊🏽 From the summit, which is 1,765m above sea level, you can enjoy a 360-degree view🥹 It's no wonder it's called "Angels Landing". This time, I did a lot of research in advance and went fully prepared, so I was able to take on the challenge with confidence🫶🏽 In the summer, there is almost no shade, so I recommend starting the trail early in the morning! You'll be climbing all the way up, so if you do it after the sun comes out, it's quite physically tough‼︎💦 You should also bring gloves for the chain section.
