Hong Kong cuisine 🍀 Tokyo Guojianglong special Japanese noodles

I discovered this ramen shop by chance. It mainly sells Tokyo noodles. Unlike traditional ramen, except for the left noodle, which is made from buckwheat, it is thicker than most noodles and has a very firm bite, with no soup only sauce. The highlight must be their stir-fried noodles. I ordered 1 portion of whole Tokyo Bibimbap and and 1 portion of curry fried chicken tofu. The noodles are moist and juicy, very juicy. The flavor and texture of the noodles with bamboo shoots, grilled char siu, onions, raw egg yolks and spicy meat sauce are perfect and delicious. The staff carefully explained how to eat, halfway through the vinegar and black pepper to fully enhance its taste. (Figures 1~4) 🐗The bowl is quite similar to mine, but the sauce is curry base. The fries were juicy, well seasoned and paired well with the curry sauce. (Figures 5-6) We added two other snacks, a portion of single bone chicken wings and fried dumplings, hot and fried, seasoning is not too salty and very tasty.
