Victorias city only Party boat-Fantasea Charters The captain from boarding to offloading is the nicest guy!! He keeps telling us he will retire but we don’t believe him because he is running an incredible service!! I can’t believe there aren’t more boats like his. We drank, ate and partied to an amazing playlist of music while enjoying the lovely scenery that is Victoria!! It was perfect we got to see an amazing sunset and some otters and sealions.
