Okinawa, Urasoe. Stroll through Minatogawa Stateside Town at Cocoroar CAFE

I found "Cocoroar CAFE" while walking around Minatogawa Stateside Town. This area started out as a residential area for foreigners in Minatogawa, but now each alley is named after an American state, and it is lined with shops and cafes. "Cocoroar CAFE" is located in an alley named "Indiana." The popular menu item is pancakes made with Shimokawa Rokuo enzyme eggs. While watching the fluffy batter being brought out, this time I ordered "Blue Cheese Basque Cheesecake (650 yen)" and "Salty Shekwasha Soda (600 yen)". Next time I'd like to come back and enjoy some pancakes at my leisure.
