[Hyogo Prefecture/Izushi] The symbol of time in the town of Izushi

𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐩*⋆✈ Hyogo Prefecture 𓂃 𓈒𓏸 Izushi Tatsuko Tower It is no exaggeration to say that Tatsuko Tower is the face of Izushi. It is the second oldest clock tower in Japan, built in the same year as the Sapporo Clock Tower (although it seems there is only a 27-day difference?). Originally, it was a tower where a drum was struck to tell the time. I was given special permission to climb inside the tower, and I was able to see the rows of houses built like traditional eel sleeping quarters. (In the past, taxes were determined by the width of the frontage, so there were many houses built like eel sleeping quarters with a wide depth.)
