I exchanged my C4 voucher on Trip.com, and the hotel generously confirmed and arranged a garden villa for me a few days in advance (this is the standard for Trip.com customers). The welcome gift was very generous, including a plate of plums, peach oolong tea, a handwritten welcome letter, and three beautifully shaped coconut cakes. The overall style of the hotel is very good, but the maintenance is a bit lacking. However, this does not affect the photos, especially the design of the public area. Every step is a view, with the artificial lake and stream perfectly interpreting the characteristics of the water town. The bar at night is also very comfortable. I ordered a bottle of Riesling, listened to music, and enjoyed the breeze while looking at the stars in the sky. The room is very spacious and the sofa is very comfortable. They thoughtfully provided a sleep spray, which helped me sleep well. The TV can also be cast, which is a plus. Overall, this hotel is not very cost-effective for cash stays, but it is worth trying with a C4 voucher.
