Yan Ziling Fishing Platform: A Secluded Life by the Fuchun River

Yan Ziling Fishing Platform is located on Gongchun Mountain on the north bank of the Fuchun River in Tonglu. It is said to be the place where the high-ranking official of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Yan Ziling, lived in seclusion and fished, hence it is also called Yanling Mountain. The Fuchun River is picturesque, like a long scroll of ink painting. No wonder Yan Ziling chose to live in seclusion here, giving up high official positions and wealth. It is also no wonder that Huang Gongwang created the famous painting 'Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains' here. Tonglu is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Hangzhou, not far from Hangzhou.
