Shiba Daijingu 📍 Location 1-12-7 Shibadaimon, Minato-ku, Tokyo This is one of the oldest shrines in Tokyo. It enshrines Amaterasu and Toyomi Omikami, and is known as the "Ise of Kanto". Take the Toei Asakusa Line from Ningyocho Station (towards Nishimagome) 2. Get off at Daimon Station after about 10 minutes, and walk about 3 minutes from Exit A6 to Shibadai Jingu Shrine (The whole journey takes about 15 minutes, the transportation is simple and fast) ⸻ 📝 Personal experience Shibadai Jingu Shrine is very close to the subway station. It is the kind of shrine that suddenly appears when you turn a corner while walking in the city. The shrine is not big, but it is unexpectedly quiet and solemn, and it appears particularly stable among the high-rise buildings in the port area. There weren't many people there that day, so I could walk around the area quietly. There is a cute "marriage bell" in the area, which is said to be very effective in praying for love. There are also many pink painted horses, and it can be seen that praying for love is a major attraction here.
