Enjoy a relaxing time at Amami Oshima sightseeing spots

A one-day trip to experience the traditions and nature of Amami Oshima! First, we went to 📍Oshima Tsumugi Village for a dyeing experience. Oshima Tsumugi, a traditional craft representative of Amami, is characterized by its deep black-brown dyeing using a unique technique called mud dyeing. Under the guidance of a craftsman, we tried tie-dyeing by ourselves, and completed a one-of-a-kind piece. We were moved by the feeling of Amami's nature and culture in each process! Next, we went to 📍Amami Marine Exhibition Hall Here, we could feed sea turtles, and observe them closely up close.
