Li Tengfang Ancient Residence, also known as Li Jin Xing Ancient Residence or Li Juren Ancient Residence, is located in Daxi District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. It is a national historic site within Taoyuan City. Li Tengfang Ancient Residence is a Minnan-style building that appears to be a traditional three-section compound. The guide explains that its architecture combines the features of a four-section compound and a three-section compound, and it is very well preserved. The layout, feng shui, and decorations of the Li Residence are all very distinctive and well-maintained, symbolizing the deep-rooted presence of Han Chinese families in Daxi. In 2017, the management of the Li Residence was entrusted to the Wood Museum. The Wood Museum has positioned the Li Residence as the "Daxi Play School," aiming to pass on the cultural and humanistic values of the Li Residence and Daxi through parent-child and school education.
