Taipei｜A Day Trip to the Taipei Water Park and Xiaoguanyin Mountain Ecological Trail

Today's journey began at the Taipei Water Park. With the sun shining brightly, we entered the park, excited to embark on a relaxing hiking adventure. Following the Xiaoguanyin Mountain Ecological Trail, we walked through well-preserved broadleaf forests, breathing in the fresh air that was truly invigorating. At the Pressure Relief Tower Observation Deck, we enjoyed a panoramic view of Xindian River and Yonghe, marveling at the majestic power of nature. Next, we took a short break at a pavilion before exploring the Guanyin Mountain Reservoir. This historical site, along with its water purification facilities, gave me a deeper appreciation for history. Finally, we admired the beautiful scenery of the park at the Fountain Garden, making the day's itinerary feel fulfilling. At noon, we headed to the nearby Gongguan Commercial District to savor local delicacies. In the afternoon, we visited Treasure Hill, immersing ourselves in its unique artistic atmosphere. This itinerary is perfect for families or friends, as the trail is safe and well-maintained, with plenty of shade to keep us comfortable under the sun. We recommend bringing enough water and wearing comfortable shoes to fully enjoy the natural and cultural beauty of Taipei's outskirts!
