A Dreamy Bus Ride from Page to Reality

#taipeitrip During my Taiwan Taipei trip, I visited Jimmy’s Moon Bus on Xinyi Road, just across from Taipei 101. This isn’t a regular bus—it’s a magical art installation based on Jimmy Liao’s picture book When the Moon Forgot. From the outside, you’ll see a bright blue and yellow design with a cheerful character holding the moon, and even a bear driving the bus! Inside, it felt like stepping into a dreamy story. There were colorful lights, artistic seats, and adorable characters from the book. Everything was full of heart and imagination. Even the bus stop sign reads “From Forgotten to Remembered,” which adds a deep meaning to the whimsical theme. It’s a beautiful reminder of hope, memory, and childhood joy. A lovely, quick stop for anyone near Taipei 101!
