This time, we visited the Exhibition Hall, which includes the following galleries: 1. Botanical Garden The theme is the unique ecology of low-altitude Taiwan and tropical rainforests. The outdoor area meticulously recreates several representative ecological zones of Taiwan, showcasing their interesting and unique landscapes. 2. Garden Rock Gallery The garden currently has over a hundred rocks, initially categorized into igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rocks, distributed throughout the museum's garden. 3. Life Science Hall The main theme is the mysteries of nature, with 13 exhibition areas presenting various natural phenomena and evolutionary dynamics. It vividly introduces the origin of life, the rise, evolution, and adaptation of various life forms, and explores human life, aging, illness, and death. 4. Earth Environment Hall In addition to the 3D theater, it includes themes such as the microscopic world, the myriad of living beings, Taiwan's natural ecology, and remote astronomical observations of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. It also covers topics like human-environment interaction and species conservation in the theater classroom. 5. Science Center The main purpose is to encourage visitors to engage in hands-on activities and active participation. It aims to spark interest in exploration through hands-on activities, provide scientific training through operations, impart scientific knowledge through games, and uncover the mysteries of nature through the exploration process. The Science Center utilizes scientific, challenging, entertaining, and exploratory exhibits and activities to fulfill the museum's educational function. 6. Human Culture Hall This area focuses on world cultures, Chinese scientific civilization, and Oceania, covering seven themes: Chinese medicine, Chinese science and technology, agricultural ecology, ancient storytelling, the spiritual life of the Han people, Taiwan's Austronesian tribes, and Oceania. Each gallery is filled with educational significance, making it an excellent place to visit with children. There are many interactive teaching activities that help children learn through activities.
