Originally, it was a restaurant that served samgyetang as its main dish, but surprisingly, I ordered the stir-fried pork because I heard that it was quite popular. Taste The stir-fried pork had a mildly spicy and sweet flavor without being too spicy. The meat was not too thin and had a moderate thickness, so it was nice to chew on, and most of all, it was clean without any unpleasant odor. It was stir-fried with vegetables, so it wasn't greasy and went well with rice. Amount It was for one person, but the amount was quite generous, so it was enough for two people to eat as a side dish. If you add a bowl of rice, you can have a full meal. Service & Atmosphere The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. There were many office workers at lunchtime, and there were quite a few people who ordered take-out. Although samgyetang was the main dish, I was satisfied enough to want to try the stir-fried pork set next time. Overall Review Je-yuk-bokkeum was more delicious than I thought! I thought it would be just a side dish because it was a samgyetang restaurant, but it was of such quality that it could be sold separately.
