The Singapore economic fried bee hoon or rice vermicelli is a simple dish of bee hoon stir fried with vegetables and seasonings. It is one of the most common traditional local breakfasts. This stall serves really affordable fried bee hoon/noodles/kway teow (S$0.90), and a variety of toppings or side dishes such as fried chicken wings, luncheon meat, hotdog, fillet, tofu, fishcake, egg, from 50 cent to S$1.50, and even peanut porridge (S$1.10).
