Project Penyet at ABC Brickworks

Project Penyet has increased the price of their signature Nasi Ayam Penyek from SGD5.50 to SGD6.50, it seems that it does affect the business slightly. Last time there was always a long queue, now the waiting time is shorter. I love their Ayam Penyet, it was deep-fried before serving, crispy on the outside and the meat remains tender and juicy, not too oily. The rice was fragrant, sambal was good, quite spicy though. You can choose either chicken drumstick or chicken wings and breast, both for the same price. They also serve fried fish and seafood. The owner was friendly and accommodating.
