HUMO Izakaya

HUMO is Singapore’s first Spanish izakaya, located at 21 Keong Saik Road in the vibrant Tanjong Pagar district. This innovative dining spot marries the convivial spirit of Spanish tapas bars with the intimate atmosphere of Japanese izakayas, offering a unique fusion experience.  Founded by Spanish chefs Carolina Garcia Santamaria and Jordi Jou, HUMO reflects their shared passion for blending culinary traditions. Garcia Santamaria, formerly of Tapas 24, and Jou, previously at Michelin-starred Gaig, have crafted a menu that showcases the bold flavors of Spain alongside the refined techniques of Japan.
