Cing Tea Singapore

Whenever you’re at Taichung, you would have made a trip down to Feng Chia Night Market - the biggest night market in Taiwan! Among the popular shops lies a famous bubble tea franchise called 甲文青, which specialises in freshly-brewed Oolong tea. 🍃 Today, we’re fortunate to get to try it for ourselves right here in Singapore’s Tanjong Pagar district! Renamed as Cing Tea, the franchise brought in their popular lightly-roasted Oolong tea beverages. The store looks exactly like the Taiwan outlets with murals of their mascot, Mr Raymon, and their staff wearing the iconic yellow uniform. We can’t get over the fact that their staff look like the cute minions from Despicable Me! 😂 We got the 𝗢𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗲𝗮 𝗝𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆. The aroma of the tea leaves has an intense fragrance with warm roasty notes. 🍵 The sweetness is pretty mild as well compared to other brands at the same sugar level, which is great as we get to experience the tea as it is. Aside from their Oolong tea, they have unique options like the 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗾𝘂𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮 which we probably assumed has butterfly pea. 🍋 For its price point at $4~, we felt it’s really worth the money for good quality tea! #singaporetrip#food
