This grants you access for the whole day, basically. And I'm sure it's totally worth it. The acres and hectars that directly surround Angkor Wat temple were and still are part of it, and you find probably 10+ (I stand to be corrected) smaller temples with the same characteristics and historic cultural accents. You will still have a great experience, and you'll still leave with breathing photos for less than $10 for 3-4 people that will be in a tuk tuk. I would advise you to use one of the tuk tuk drivers from the Angkor Wat area as they would be familiar with where to find these smaller surrounding temples and structures. There are mobile shops in random places in almost every street you turn into, so snacks and cold drinks like filtered water and sodas / juices should be available.
