We traveled back in time to Ouchi-juku, a preserved Edo-period village in Fukushima. With thatched roofs covered in soft petals and mountain air still crisp, the cherry blossoms here created an enchanting mix of history and nature. Walking along the narrow main street with no modern power lines, we felt immersed in another world. Sakura trees lining the riverbanks mirrored perfectly in the water, creating double the magic.
