🚩This time, we visited China. We went to Shanghai in February, and the weather was very cold, around 6-15 degrees Celsius. We had to pack Heattech, a sweater, and a jacket to stay warm. We also had a must-have item: a hot water bottle. Crumple it up and hold it to keep you warm. 🥶 🙊 For those of you who are worried about restrooms in China, let me tell you that Shanghai is almost as clean as Japan and Singapore. It's a complete nod to the stereotype of Chinese restrooms. ✈️If you're visiting Shanghai, 🌙 At night, you must see the lights on The Bund, a European-style building housing banks and major companies. There's a Chinese photographer on duty, so you can hire him to take photos. The photos are absolutely stunning. Afterward, we continued our shopping trip to Nanjing Road, a shopping district with a huge selection of products. You won't get bored walking around. The most popular shops among Thais are Top Toy, Miniso, and Pop Mart. I'd call these three places "check points" for Thais. If you want to explore the night market, there's Yiyuan Garden, decorated in an ancient Chinese style, with a variety of restaurants. Most importantly, in this cold weather, don't forget to try the wonton soup and stinky tofu! ⛲️ ☀️In the morning, those seeking spiritual healing should head to Jing'an Temple, a stunning golden-hued temple with visitors from all over. Most importantly, just across from Jing'an Temple, you'll find a famous Shanghai crab meat noodle and xiao long bao shop. The line is long, but the wait isn't long. The food is incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. You won't find anything like this anywhere else. Walk around West Nanjing, a warm, European-style neighborhood. It's beautiful and clean. This area is home to shops, cafes, and chic places. My favorite is Blue Bottle! ☕️ The cold weather and hot coffee go together perfectly. If you have limited free time (about 3-4 days) and want to explore a fantastic destination, close to Thailand, and at an affordable price, Shanghai is a must-visit.
