The duck blood inside was also super tender and smooth, the taste was absolutely amazing! The beltfish is fried until it's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a golden and crispy skin. When you bite into it, you hear a "crunch", but the fish inside is fresh, tender, and juicy, with no fishy taste at all. Paired with the unique sauce, every bite is super satisfying! 🦪[Sea Snails]: The sea snails are small, but the freshness is off the charts! They are cleaned very well, with no sand. The first taste is a light salty taste of the sea, followed by the sweetness of the sea snails themselves.
