I also have fond memories of enjoying delicious Peking duck in Beijing before, so I went to eat Peking duck again on this Shanghai trip. While searching for a Peking duck restaurant, I found that Yuxianghai is a Michelin-starred restaurant with many reviews, so I visited Yuxianghai. When I entered the restaurant, the interior was very spacious and stylish. It gave off a very luxurious vibe. They have a variety of dishes like dim sum, fried rice, Dongpo pork, and noodle dishes. Most Koreans seemed to order Peking duck and fried rice. You can order Peking duck by half or whole. We ordered half a Peking duck, fried rice, dumplings with spicy sauce, and wontons. We ordered quite a lot... The Peking duck is not served pre-sliced; the staff carries the duck around and slices it right in front of your table. After trying everything, the Peking duck was the most delicious.
