Peking Duck Jinja Restaurant Recommendation

#Overseas travel One of the must-eats when traveling to Shanghai! It's Peking duck. I've always wanted to try it, and I was really looking forward to it since I was able to try it for the first time this time. I went to Yeosanghai, which is famous among Koreans for its delicious food, but reservations are required. If you don't make a reservation, you can't go, so be careful! I tried to eat as a walk-in on the first day without a reservation, but they said there were no seats because the reservations were full, so I remember going back to my accommodation! The next day, I made a reservation and visited, and it was really nice because I could enter right away. We arrived at lunchtime, so we ate the lunch course and added Peking duck as the main menu! And there were a lot of different menus, so it was really nice. The chef brought the Peking duck to the table and cut it. He cut it one by one with care, and it was really nice to watch. I thought that this kind of performance can really grab people! And the first bite was Peking duck and caviar on top of rice, and it was the most delicious duck dish I've ever had in my life. The rest was eaten wrapped in pancakes, and it was really delicious when eaten with various vegetables. If you ever visit Shanghai, I recommend you try it.
