The hotel check-in report has a little surprise!

Location: Located in Guangfulin Scenic Area, Songjiang, not far from Songjiang University Town. Public transportation requires a transfer from the subway to a bus, but driving is more convenient. There was a lantern event on the day we checked in, so there weren't enough parking spaces and we had to park outside. I don't know if this is a common occurrence. Overall decor: Chinese garden style, with low floors, mainly two to three stories. The different shades of wood tones are layered, and Chinese bonsai can be seen everywhere in the public areas. The lighting is generally dim, which highlights the tranquil atmosphere. Room: We stayed in a first-floor lake view room, about 50 square meters. The room's basic facilities are similar to other Hiltons. It's worth mentioning that this room type has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly to the lake, and there's a small terrace at the door where you can enjoy tea and the beautiful scenery, adding to the vacation vibe. The downside is that the TV doesn't face the bed, probably to ensure a view of the scenery from the bed. Service: Our stay was rushed, so we didn't have a chance to experience the service in depth. The overall check-in process was smooth, with no major issues. Breakfast: Very rich, with a variety of options including porridge, small wontons, scallion oil noodles, tofu pudding, and pancakes. I even saw a Scotch egg for the first time, which I loved. Executive Lounge: The environment is nice. Since it's the off-season, the executive lounge doesn't offer a buffet, only small platters of snacks like fried spring rolls, chicken wings, osmanthus lotus root, mouth-watering chicken, and fruit. The portions are small, as shown in the picture. However, the lounge's nuts and cookies are delicious, and the service is good. P.S. This is a pet-friendly hotel, and you need to book a pet-friendly room. There's a small pet park, and the requirements are shown in the last picture. I've also heard that the restaurant is good, so I'll try it next time. Overall, if you're looking for a resort hotel in Songjiang, especially if you want to visit Guangfulin, I recommend it! I'll probably bring my parents next time.
